HAROTC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit all volunteer organization. We are funded through donations, local grants, and fund-raising events. Donations are tax-deductible.

HAROTC is a network of volunteer foster homes. We provide for feed, farrier, and veterinary costs for foster animals. All you need to give is your time and TLC!
